What You Will Be Doing
Works with project management team in developing the project schedule.
Coordinates and schedules subcontractors and vendors on a daily/weekly basis by tracking timelines, following up, and adjusting as necessary to keep on schedule.
Develops look-ahead schedule by identifying the most critical items that must occur over the next few weeks. Coordinates with key subcontractors and suppliers to

ensure the project is properly staffed and materials in place to meet the critical paths.
Coordinates with Project Manager weekly for schedule updating.
Develops and maintains a quality control plan for each project to ensure the project exceeds client expectations.
Oversees and monitors overall quality control on the project.
Conducts subcontractor preconstruction meetings to set the quality control expectations.
Provides input on costing and forecasting, working closely with the Project Manager.
Maintains organized filing system for all paperwork.
Keeps drawings, logs, and inspection notebooks up to date.

What You Need for this Position
High School Diploma required (any additional experience is definitely a plus)
5+ years of GC-level experience in multifamily construction
3 years' minimum supervisory experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up wood frame, podium, and other Type I projects (preferably, with demonstrated experience on projects up to 60 units and local building experience)
Must have OSHA 30 safety certification
Must have thorough knowledge of multifamily trades, ability to analyze construction documents, and ability to read blueprints.
Knowledge of construction management theory and practice
Proficient with MS Project with the ability to put together a 6 week look ahead schedule
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Blue Beam and MS Excel
Ability to draft and generate competent daily reports, delay logs, and other jobsite safety paperwork.
Local building experience is a plus.
