Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Lounge Server at the Diamond Steakhouse Bar and Lounge. As a server, you will be responsible for creating and providing an exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

* Handle guest requests personally and/or refers as appropriate
* Follow up with guests with additional services that enhance the guests' experience
* Ensure proper set-up of tables
* Take customer orders for beverages and food
* Check food prior to serving; ensure presentation and temperature is in accordance with company standards
* Coordinate service with other servers & bartenders
* Serve food and beverages to guests, refill beverages as needed
* Respond to customer requests and complaints
* Clean lounge area during and after events
* Adhere to legal and/or company policies and standards
* Understand and follow the laws and guidelines for beverage service
* Close out the customer's bill applying cash and credit cards in accordance with established procedures

*Requirements*

- Previous serving experience

- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
