Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to
manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, acting as the
primary point of contact
Conduct regular check-ins and anticipate client needs to ensure
satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance
service delivery
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, specifically in the
Title and Escrow Insurance Industry
Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing
business needs
