Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer/Funder.
Key Responsibilities
Create and review closing documents and disclosures
Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory requirements
Coordinate loan closings with title companies and maintain
communication with all parties involved
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or GED required
At least 3 years of experience as a loan processor, funder, or
closer
Working knowledge of RESPA 2010, HMDA, and Appraisal Independence
Requirements (AIR)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment
Proficiency in MS Office
