Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Verification
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for outpatient visits and
procedures
Maintain accurate patient insurance information in the system and
ensure timely completion of accounts
Provide customer service and assist patients with insurance-related
inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Computer literate; experience with EPIC scheduling and registration
is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance authorization and referral
guidelines
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and
sensitivity to patients' needs
