Our commitment to inclusion, resilience, and empowerment shapes everything we do, and we are proud to deliver innovative services that change lives.The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Head of Service - Social Inclusion to lead our growing and innovative services supporting children, young people, adults, and families facing multiple and complex challenges. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our TESS (Targeted Education Support Services) team, managing diverse programmes across criminal justice, education, health, and community support.You will:

• Provide leadership and line management across multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and deliver high-quality, person-centred services
• Foster partnerships with local authorities, commissioners, police, and health services
• Lead on service development, tendering, and income generation
• Ensure effective quality assurance, safeguarding, and performance reportingWhat We're Looking ForYou are a highly motivated and experienced manager with a strong background in social inclusion, youth/community services, or criminal justice. You'll be strategic yet hands-on, with a track record in:

• Leading services for vulnerable children and adults
• Budget and performance management
• Service innovation and income generation
• Partnership development and cross-sector collaboration
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Youth & Community, Criminal Justice, Education, Health, Business Development)
• Experience of supervising and appraising staff
• Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends as required
• Experience in criminal justice environments
• Knowledge of commissioning and tendering processes
