As a Promotional Brand Ambassador, you will receive comprehensive, interactive training to become an expert in Verizon TruConnect services and impactful public engagement. This program develops your exceptional skills in direct communication and brand storytelling, teaching you to captivate audiences and convey key messages effectively. You will master creating memorable customer experiences and generating genuine interest. Key Responsibilities of the Promotional Brand Ambassador Enthusiastically engage diverse community members face-to-face at local events, centers, and outreach locations. Inform potential customers about the benefits and eligibility for Verizon TruConnect's phone and internet services. Serve as a vibrant brand advocate, embodying the positive values and accessibility of Verizon TruConnect in every interaction. Conduct engaging, brief informational presentations or demonstrations of TruConnect devices and service plans. Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and merchandise to increase brand visibility and recall. Generate qualified leads by identifying genuinely interested individuals and capturing essential contact information for follow-up. Collect valuable feedback from community members regarding their service needs and perceptions, providing insights for future strategies. Assist in setting up and dismantling promotional displays or event booths, ensuring a professional and appealing brand presence. Maintain an expert-level understanding of all current Verizon TruConnect products, services, and relevant government program guidelines. Adhere to all brand guidelines and communication protocols to ensure consistent and accurate messaging. Participate enthusiastically in daily team briefings and ongoing training sessions to refine promotional techniques and product knowledge. Document daily engagement activities and lead generation efforts accurately within our internal reporting systems.
