Job Description:
Excellent opportunity available for maintenance techs to assist
with turns and other repairs at an apartment community. We're
looking for a candidate with an outstanding work ethic,
reliability, and excellent communication skills. The Maintenance
Tech must maintain a professional and courteous manner with
residents, visitors, contractors, and fellow employees. You must
have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks. Must have
the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to
maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per weekSchedule: M-F, 8am-5pm w/ one hour
lunch (subject to change depending on community) Responsibilities:
- must work and interact with the residents to identify, diagnose,
repair, and resolve the issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C
and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures,
carpet, tiles, flooring, etc.
