Job Description:
PEP Housing is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for
our Orange Tree property located in Oroville, CA. The Maintenance
Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance
operations keeping the Orange Tree property operating and appearing
at its best. This is a 32 hours per week position, with the
schedule Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. -This is a
part-time (32 hours per week) non-exempt position, with pay range
between $20-$22 DOE. PEP's offers competitive benefits; medical,
