Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of complex, multi-platform
collaboration and contact center solutions
Act as the technical lead on large, high-visibility projects and
mentor engineering teams
Collaborate with customers to translate business requirements into
scalable technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
10+ years of experience in designing and implementing advanced
collaboration solutions
Deep hands-on knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft collaboration
technologies
Experience architecting hybrid and cloud collaboration
solutions
CCNP Collaboration certification required
