Job Description:
A company is looking for an Automotive Subject Matter Expert
(Sales) to consult on the development of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Stay updated on automotive industry trends and best practices to
enhance learning content
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create effective
learning assets
Facilitate instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training
sessions as needed
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with standard dealership and OEM functions, practices,
and personnel positions
Understanding of customer satisfaction and product quality
indicators in the industry
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
practices
3 - 5 years of experience in an SME role for training program
development
Previous experience working as an operator at the dealership level
is required
