Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate Execute
direct, face-to-face marketing and sales presentations to potential
customers in targeted Gold River communities and event locations.
Spark immediate interest in Verizon TruConnect essential services
by clearly communicating their benefits and eligibility for
government programs like ACP. Conduct thorough needs assessments
with prospective clients to identify the most suitable Verizon
TruConnect solutions for their household. Guide eligible
individuals through the complete enrollment process, meticulously
completing applications and ensuring compliance with all program
guidelines. Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, accurately
representing Verizon TruConnect's mission, values, and service
offerings. Participate in community outreach events and promotional
activities to increase brand visibility and generate new customer
leads. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer
interactions, sales progress, and enrollment information within our
CRM system. Achieve daily and weekly customer acquisition targets,
contributing directly to the growth of the Verizon TruConnect
campaign. Gather insights from customer conversations to understand
market needs and preferences, providing valuable feedback to
leadership. Collaborate closely with team members in daily
briefings and training sessions to refine sales techniques,
marketing messaging, and problem-solving strategies. Manage and
distribute marketing collateral effectively to potential customers,
ensuring they have comprehensive information. Provide initial
post-sales support, answering basic questions to ensure a smooth
transition and a positive customer onboarding experience.
