Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales process
from prospecting to closure. Develop and execute strategic plan to
achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Partner with
customers to understand their business needs and objectives
effectively. Effectively communicate the value proposition through
proposals and presentations. Negotiate contract terms with clients
and communicate terms to stakeholders. Proven sales experience in
the fintech sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations. Strong proficiency in
CRM software and sales management tools. Ability to manage complex
projects and multi-task effectively. Excellent problem-solving
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent. Familiarity with
Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
