Job Description:
Title: Territory Medical Sales Representative - Hospital
Environmental Services Territory : Can be based anywhere in the
Northern California area covering Northeastern Nevada, Utah,
Colorado, and Wyoming with 50% overnight travel depending on
location. Lots of existing business in Bay area and Denver markets,
and room for growth as well. Company: Industry leader and innovator
in medical grade sanitation products used ONLY in clinical hospital
and pharmacy settings. Description: Position is open due to
internal promotion, with lots of existing business to take over
Create demand for product offerings through a variety of selling
techniques Develop strong relationships with existing accounts Work
closely with cross-functional partners in the field as well as
internal leadership Thoroughly understand product lines, services
and provided support materials to generate new business while
servicing existing relationships Provide customer feedback and
market insight back to internal teams Submit timely and accurate
reports Attend conferences, trade shows, and other professional
meetings as needed Fully participate and work within company and
government quality standard guidelines Represent and demonstrate
company core values Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
work experience. 2 yrs Sales experience in Hospital Linen,
Janitorial, Sanitation, or Environmental Services departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work
independently, while also partnering with team members remotely
Compensation: $100 -115k base salary depending on experience,
35-42k annual bonus based performance to reach $140-157k total
income annually. Company Car or Allowance, company paid medical
benefits, expenses, 401k matching, 4 weeks PTO first year, annual
salary increases.
