Job Description:
Physician-led hospital-based group, one of the few locally
governed hospitals in the state of California giving providers a
lot of autonomy! This 298-bed community hospital is dedicated to
provide top-rate, high quality care, and is recognized by US News &
World Report's Best Regional Hospital in 2023. • Choose up to 14
shifts per month - 12 hour shifts • 6-bed, Special Care Nursery and
5-bed Pediatric unit with strong NP support on rounding • $1,400
per 12-hour shift $32 per RVU. (average is 132 RVUs per month)
Hours over 12 hours paid at $110 per hour. • $Enjoy this slow
