Physician Assistant Family Practice, Community Health
McKinleyville, CA

Greenstaff Medical is seeking a seasoned Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support a rural community health system operating in a Panel Management care model. Provider must be able to offer at least 2 weeks a month to be considered, ideal candidates are seeking full time hours.

Pay Rate: $80-85/hour
PPD: 18+ Mix of Adults and Peds
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Duration: ASAP to Ongoing (Start Date: 45-90 days after offer for credentialing; End Date: at least 30 days notice will be given)
Experience: 3 years experience in panel management preferred with a goal of identifying care gaps, delivering prentive, chronic and evidence based services within the patient panel.
Requirements: Board Certified PA, CA License, CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate

Employment Model: 1099 (W-2 also available but pay rates will differ)
Pay Model: Weekly
Local or Travel in Candidates accepted
Travel Expenses Model: Reimbursement Based - Lodging (hotel or long term rental), Airfare, Rental Car + Fuel. Mileage for Drive In candidates only.
Malpractice coverage is provided
Assistance with License renewals available for Full Time Providers
